Tip of the Week

Make your baby feel at home. Be sure you have all the necessities (and extras) ready for your new baby's arrival. Here are some effective possessions to put on your essentials shopping list: Baby will obviously need the basics like crib, dresser and changing table. Make sure you have a car seat before labor begins to transport your baby. If you like to travel, a portable crib or stroller will make it easier. Include some soft, safe toys for your baby to cuddle with. Busy mobiles hanging above a crib soothe a baby and help him or her to focus on objects.

With regards to cost and durability, research any high-dollar product that you decide to purchase, verifying there are no recalls and that the product meets or exceeds safety standards. Ask other moms and dads with babies for their recommendation on products. Why not ask a voice of experience before you buy? Generally, every brand of baby product will have several different models and your selection will in no way be limited. Shop around and shop smart.
